Schedule and Availability

LESSON Nº 3.1

In order to start receiving transfers from us you will need to declare your availability. That way we know when you are available to operate transfers. The way to do this, is by creating a weekly schedule and declaring your working hours for each day.  Let's see how you can do that!

Schedule and Availability

Let’s start by navigating to the availability menu. On the home screen of your Welcomer App, tap on Account.

Navigate to the Availability Menu

Weekly Shift

Before we declare any availability we will need to create a weekly shift. You can create as many different weekly shifts as you want. If for example you have different shifts on different weeks, so you work all morning shifts for one week and then all evening shifts for the next, you can create two different shifts here and declare them accordingly so that they reflect your schedule.

1. Tap on "Week Shifts" 2. Tap on "Add new Week Shift" 3. Give your shift a name 4. Add time slots for each day of the week  5. Tap on "Save The Shift"

How to Create a Weekly Shift:

You can create as many weekly shifts as you want by taping on “Add new week shift”.

Availability

In order for Welcome to know when you are available to operate transfers, you need to declare your availability. You do that by adding one of your weekly shifts (like the one we just created) to each week of the year.  This way our system "knows" when you are working and only sends you requests for those specific days and hours

1. Tap on Availability 2. Scroll down to the desired week and tap on the drop down menu 3. Select the week shift you want 4. Tap on Save 5. The red check mark turns green

How to add single week shift:

6. Tap on Availability 7. Scroll down to each week and tap on the drop down menu 8. Select the week shift you want 9. When you are done, scroll back to the top of the page and tap on “Save All” 10. All red check marks will turn green

How to add multiple week shifts:

Apart from the non working days you declare when creating a shift, you can also declare additional unscheduled or last-minute days off. These will override your weekly schedule. You will not receive requests for transfers to be operated during your time off.

Days off

1. Tap on “Days Off” 2. Select start date and time for your time off  3. Select finish date and time for your time off 4. Tap on Submit Days Off

How to add days off:

If you want to avoid missing transfer requests, we suggest you use the snooze function.  During the time you have snooze on, Welcome will still be sending you requests without a pop-up notification and sound, and you will be able to accept them when this period is over.

Snooze

1. On the “Requests” page, tap on the bell icon 2. Select the amount of time you want to have snooze on for 3. To turn snooze off, tap on the bell icon and select “Stop Snooze”

How to turn Snooze on/off:

• You need to declare if you are available to receive transfers. You do that by creating weekly shifts and then declaring which shifts you will be working each week  • You can add days off • You can snooze notifications if you want to avoid missing transfer requests
